This thick and chunky pine dining table is the perfect addition to any dining area or kitchen. Instantly recognisable by its worn shabby and chic style, areas of the white frame have been purposely distressed adding to the country home aesthetic. That isn't to say this table wouldn't fit into any modern setting, as the white and grey colour palette ensures this remains a contemporary piece. Constructed entirely from reclaimed pine timber you have the option to extend this pine dining table with an extension leaf (needs to be purchased separately). The leaf slots sturdily into either of the ends, using hidden jousts, lengthening the table to 2.45 metres, or if two extension leaves are used, 2.9 metres. At maximum extension this pine dining table will accommodate 12 people.
Prepare to allow this timber table to become the centrepiece of the kitchen or dining space, it provides a generous surface for family and friends to dine off, play games, study, work and everything in between. The colour palette is one of subtlety and pleasing neutrality. The reclaimed grey tabletop is perfectly offset against a bright white painted frame that is made from heavy set pine assembled into a sturdy and traditional looking cross structure. Small areas of the frame have been hand-distressed for aesthetic appeal.
Extra stability is established through a central floor ballast bar, made form the same true-white painted pine that makes up the underside of this modern dining table.
